What this involves
Most companies run several systems that do not talk to each other. Orders are typed into the accounts package by hand, stock levels live in two places, and someone reconciles the differences on a Friday afternoon. Integration work removes that: one system becomes the source of truth for each kind of data, and the others are kept in step automatically.
We connect accounts packages, CRMs, warehouse and stock systems, e-commerce platforms, payment providers and courier services, as well as the internal systems businesses have built for themselves. Where a supplier publishes an API we use it. Where one does not, we find the most reliable route available, whether that is file exchange, a database link or a scheduled import.
We also design and build APIs of your own, so that partners, customers or your own mobile and web applications can work with your data safely. Every integration we build logs what it did, reports failures to a person, and can be re-run without creating duplicates. That is what makes the difference between an integration that works on the demo day and one that runs for years.
